Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy

A $100 deposit is required to secure your trip, refundable up to 7 days before the date. Cancellations within 7 days (and more than 48 hours) forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the trip will be charged the full trip price.

Once your deposit has been received, your card will be securely kept on file and charged on the day of your trip. We process payment on the day of service to accommodate any last-minute changes or adjustments without the need for refund processing.

We fish all weather and water conditions. Most of the time, we can just change our plan and go to a different river or creek. In the event of dangerous conditions, Ramblin' Fly Fishing will make the call, and the option to rebook will be offered or a full refund will be issued.
